Mobile Applications

Native-feeling apps from one shared codebase.

Most businesses that ask for a mobile app do not actually need one. What they need is something that works well on a phone, loads fast on mobile data, and can be added to a home screen. A native app solves that and adds two app store accounts, two review processes, and two codebases to maintain, for a problem a fast, installable web app usually solves for a fraction of the cost.

When a native app is actually the right call

Push notifications that need to work reliably in the background, offline behaviour beyond a simple cache, access to a device capability a browser genuinely cannot reach such as deep Bluetooth or background location, or a store listing itself being part of how the product is found. If none of those apply, the honest answer is usually a fast site or an installable progressive web app instead, which saves the store fee and the two codebase tax.

How it is built when it is the right call

A single React Native codebase targets iOS and Android together, sharing logic with any existing Next.js product rather than duplicating it in a separate mobile stack. Push notifications, offline storage and the app store submission are part of the build rather than an afterthought added before launch.

What you own

The repository, in your name, the same as every other service here. No agency lock on the App Store or Play Console account, and no dependency on us to ship an update once the app is live.

Being honest about cost

Two platforms, app review cycles and ongoing OS compatibility make mobile apps the most expensive way to reach a phone. Before committing to one, we will walk through whether a fast website already does the job, because for most businesses it does.
